ZKLDF Axial angular contact ball bearings include an integral outer ring, two inner rings and two groups of ball and cage assemblies, contact angle of 60 degrees. The outer ring and the inner ring are provided with mounting holes to facilitate the mounting and fixing of the bearing by connecting bolts. The bearing itself is fixed by the connecting bolt to ensure the installation, transportation and handling. ZKLDF thrust angular contact ball series turntable bearings have sealing caps on both sides to prevent the entry of external dirt, impurities and internal grease leakage.
ZKLDF thrust angular contact ball series turntable bearings are lubricated with a complex Barium base grease and can be re-lubricated through oil holes in the outer ring. ZKLDF thrust angular contact ball series turntable bearing adopts bi-directional 60-degree contact angle and double-row ball structure design so it can bear radial load, bi-directional axial load and overturning moment, therefore, this series of bearings is especially suitable for ultra-high-speed, long-term operation and for rigid, high-precision occasions. ZKLDF features low friction, high rotation accuracy, high rotation speed, can withstand high axial and radial loads and has a higher inclined stiffness.
