Double-sided sealed bearings are filled with grease before shipment, the filling amount is 25%~35% of the effective space in the bearing, and the filling amount of grease can be adjusted according to the customer’s operating conditions, as well as the selection of grease grades suitable for the operating conditions.Sealed Type Thin Section Radial Contact Ball Bearings (Type C) have sealing pieces made of butadiene rubber. The material is NBR.
