Installation guide.
The coupling bolts ensure that the bearings are secure during transport. To make the bearing alignment easier, loosen the coupling bolts on the bearing itself before mounting and tighten or remove them after mounting.
According to the given tightening torque MA, the bolts are tightened with a torque wrench in a crossed sequence and in three steps.

Step 1 : 40% MA
Step 2 : 70% MA
Step 3 : 100% MA
Pay attention to the grade of the mounting bolts. The mounting force must be applied only to the bearing ring to be mounted and must not pass through the rolling element.
During mounting and dismounting, the bearing assembly must not be separated or interchanged. If the bearing rotation is abnormally difficult, loosen the mounting bolts and tighten them again in three steps according to the order of cross, which can eliminate the bearing deformation.
