Introduction

Open type thin section radial contact ball bearings（type c), consists of an outer ring, an inner ring, a group of steel balls and a group of Paoter frame.

Thin section radial contact ball bearings mainly bear radial load, when it only bear radial load, contact angle is zero. When Thin section radial contact ball bearings have a large radial clearance, has a certain angular contact bearing performance, can also withstand radial load and axial load at the same time. Can withstand large axial load, Thin section radial contact ball bearings friction coefficient is very small, the limit speed is also very high.

In the high speed and should not be used thrust ball bearings can also be used to withstand pure axial load. Compared with other types of bearings of the same size, these bearings have a small coefficient of friction and a high limiting speed.

Thin section radial contact ball bearings are mostly brass stamping cages, small sizes are made of nylon cages, and they can also be customized according to customers’ requirements.

Thin section radial contact ball bearings are characterized by simplicity, light weight and compactness. In order to meet the needs of customers, Thin section radial contact ball bearings have reduced the overall weight.

Thin section radial contact ball bearings are single row radial ball bearings of conventional design. They are mainly subject to radial loads. Their inner and outer rings are specially displaced so that the number of balls that can be loaded is approximately half that of a full complement of rollers. Although deep groove ball bearings are primarily used to carry radial loads, they can also carry a limited amount of unidirectional thrust loads from one direction and are generally used in conjunction with another bearing. However, if axial loading is an important factor, it is recommended that angular contact ball bearings are more suitable.

Thin section radial contact ball bearings are mostly made of Gcr15 and stainless steel 440C and 9cr18.
