Flexible bearing are mainly used in harmonic reducer or related reduction devices. The harmonic drive consists of three basic components: a wave generator, a flexible wheel and a rigid wheel, with the flexible bearing being the centerpiece. and the transmission meets the performance requirements of high deceleration ratio through the elastic deformation of bearings.
Harmonic reducer bearings include two types of bearings: rigid bearings and flexible bearings. Rigid bearings are divided into four series: CSF series, CSG series, SHF series, and SHG series. The rigid bearing used in the harmonic reducer is a cross-cylindrical roller structure. According to the different usage scenarios of the bearing, it is divided into two categories: outer ring segmentation and inner ring integral and both outer ring and inner ring are integral structures. The rolling element of the bearing is a cylindrical roller, which is arranged at an inclination angle of 45°. Adjacent rollers are arranged vertically at 90° in a V-shaped raceway. This structure of the bearing can simultaneously bear axial loads, radial loads, and loads in various directions. The bearing has high precision, high rigidity, and high load-bearing capacity.
1. Rigid bearing product name: CSF (CSG) series
The outer ring is divided into two pieces, and the inner ring is an integral structure. Since the outer ring has mounting holes, the bearing does not require flanges and bearing seats during installation and is mainly used in cup-type harmonic reducers.
2. Rigid bearing product name: SHF (SHG) series
Both the outer ring and the inner ring are integral structures. When installed, it has almost no effect on the performance of the harmonic reducer and can obtain stable rotation accuracy and torque. It is mainly used in hollow harmonic reducers.
3. Flexible bearings：F series
Flexible bearings mainly bear alternating stress. The wall thickness of the inner ring and outer ring of the bearing is relatively thin. When it cooperates with the cam, it undergoes a certain deformation. The part where deformation occurs rotates with the rotation of the input shaft. The inner and outer rings as well as the rolling elements all use high-carbon chromium-bearing steel, while the retainer uses an integrated nylon retainer.
Flexible rolling bearings use controllable elastic deformation of flexible elements to transmit motion and power. Its characteristics are large transmission ratio, wide application range, high precision, small backlash, large load-bearing capacity, high efficiency, small size, light weight, smooth transmission, low noise, and ability to transmit motion to sealed spaces.
