RB Crossed Roller Bearing Features:

1. Excellent rotation accuracy. The RB series crossed roller bearings produced by Luoyang Yadian Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd can provide negative clearance types, accuracy grades P5 / P4 / P2.

2. RB series cross roller bearings are specially suitable for the applications where space is limited, while high rigidity and high rotation accuracy are required. Such as joints and swiveling units of industrial robots, swiveling tables of machining centers, rotary units of manipulators, precision rotary tables, medical equipment, measuring instruments and IC manufacturing machines.

3. Withstand large axial and radial loads. Because the rollers are arranged perpendicular to each other on the raceway through the spacer, they are in line contact with the raceway, not point contact with the ball turntable bearing.

4. greatly save installation space.

5. Reduce the shaft length and processing cost. The thermal expansion causes limited changes in geometric dimensions.

At the initial stage of running, bearings’ friction torque will increase temporarily, and will become stable along with running, after grease evenly coated the raceway and rollers. Generally bearings need to be re-lubricated every 1-6 months, based on the specific working conditions.

RB series (outer ring division type with inner rotating), this type is the basic type of crossed roller bearings. The outer rings have two parts, and the inner ring is one integer. The type is well applied to the situation which need high rotation accuracy on inner ring. For example, it is suitable for the rotary part of the indexing table of the tools machine.
