CRBT Series Cross Roller Bearing, Is an ultra-thin type cross roller bearing which reduces the thickness of the inner and Outer Rings of the CRBS type to the limit, most suitable for light weight, structure design needs very compact parts, for example, small and light service robots, cooperative robots, Android, exoskeletons, radar communications, head and medical devices, such as rotating support parts.
Bearing accuracy P5/P4/P2 optional, customisation and OEM available.
1. CRBT1005 Crossed roller bearings Structure
The Cross roller bearing is arranged by the rollers in a straight line. The Cross section area of the single row roller bearing and the ball bearing with a contact angle of 45 ° mounted back to back is reduced to one size. Not only the structure is compact, but also the rigidity is improved to 3 ~ 4 times of the double row angular contact ball bearing.
